Instruction for Proceedings

1) The proceedings of the 14th international solar wind conference will be published through AIP publishing.

2) Each paid registration (or each free registration of a student/postdoc who get supported) covers only one paper, and extra papers would be allowed at additional charges (100USD/paper).

3) Page limits are four pages for contributed and six pages for invited papers.

4) The PDF file of manuscripts, prepared according to the author guidelines (http://scitation.aip.org/content/aip/proceeding/aipcp/info/authors), should be submitted to Linghua Wang at wanglhwang@gmail.com with a copy to xld@sdu.edu.cn no later than November 15, 2015.

5) We will list the submissions on this webpage as a confirmation of receiving.

For those who would like to publish extra paper(s), please kindly note that you have two options to pay for the extra charges.

1)  You may pay online via the SW14 website by July 30, 2015 (Our online payment service will be closed on July 31, 2015). In case that your manuscript is rejected during the peer review process or you decide not to publish the extra paper(s) in November, a refund can be made.

2)  You may pay by Bank Transfer after your manuscripts are accepted for publication. The bank information will be available by that time.
